Inhaltlich sehr gutes Buch mit einer wahren und sehr hilfreichen Grundaussage, die gut argumentiert durch Studien begründet wird. Hier und da etwas zu viel Abschweifung in Storys oder privates Leben.Das ist aber Geschmacksache. Da ich es hauptsächlich für den Inhalt und nicht für nebensächliche beziehungshintergrunde der autorin gekauft habe, überflog ich es teils.Gibt deswegen keinen Stern Abzug. Sehr inhaltvolles Buch, welches einem schöne Weisheiten und Aha Momente mit in das Leben gibt.

This book has opened my eyes to life in so many ways! Brené Brown teaches the importance of being vulnerable for the way we grow trust and relationships, love the people that matter around us and are true to ourselves. I love so many of the metaphors, analogies, quotes and personal experiences she uses to bring across her message. In her honest, wholehearted voice, she finds words for thoughts that were swimming foggily in the back of your mind and makes them so identifiable, like puzzle pieces suddenly falling together. This book is a must read!
